We acknowledge the importance of ongoing reflection and professional learning in the development of effective school and system leaders.  Relevant and meaningful learning opportunities are grounded in theory and practice, and are designed to support learners in the development of the relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes required for leadership roles in Ontario.

Continuous Learning and Development offerings are designed to provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding  on various topics. They employ a variety of formats, activities and schedules to challenge thinking, to inspire, to motivate, and to promote inquiry, deep reflection, discourse, collaboration and thoughtful action. Each offering is designed differently to match content with appropriate adult learning pedagogies.
