The OPC has partnered with Starling Minds to provide an online mental wellness program to our Members and their families, free of charge. Starling Minds is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based practice that can help individuals overcome and manage anxiety, depression and stress. The program begins with a mental health assessment so you can see where you are along the mental health continuum. Over the course of your participation, you will start to see how Starling’s strategies help your mental health improve over time.
The program is anonymous and confidential. It is accessible 24/7 and personalized to the unique needs of each individual. We believe it will benefit our Members and aspiring leaders. As an online resource, you can access it on demand – when you can best fit it into your busy schedule.
