Survey Responses

Thank you to the 2,514 Members who responded to our workload survey over the past two weeks! That’s 46% of our membership – one of the highest response rates we have ever received. We will be using this very valuable data in our ongoing advocacy efforts, starting with our Principal’s Day at Queen’s Park event in early December. The results of the survey will be shared with all Members in the new year. To thank you for your time and feedback, we will be donating $1,257 to Feed Ontario, which will allow them to provide 2,514 meals to Ontarians in need.

Strategic Plan

Our 2024-25 key performance indicators are designed to reflect our mission, vision and values, structured around four strategic priorities: Member Support, Advocacy, Professional Learning and Member Engagement. Insights from the annual Member Satisfaction Survey are key to shaping our goals and enhancing our services. Guided by our strategic planning committee and staff, we are committed to operational excellence and sustainability, driving meaningful impact in the education sector. Goals, progress reports and the Member Satisfaction Survey report are all included on the Strategic Plan page on our website.

Save the Date! OPC’s 2025 Annual Conference
