With the support of the Ontario Ministry of Education, the Catholic Principals' Leadership Development  Ontario, Leadership en action and Principal Association Projects,  the service partners for Catholic Principals' Council of Ontario (CPCO), L'Association des directions et directions adjointes des écoles franco-ontariennes (ADFO) and Ontario Principals' Council are preparing a webinar for Principals and Vice-Principals titled, Leading the Implementation of the Revised Grade 9 Ontario English Curriculum:  Leadership Implications & Key Changes in the destreamed  Grade 9 English Course.

In this 60-minute webinar, principals and vice-principals will learn about leadership implications and key curriculum changes in the destreamedGrade 9 English course, 2023 (ENL1W).  Informed by the Ontario Human Rights Report, the destreamed Grade 9 English course reflects a focus on evidence-based instructional strategies. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of these changes while considering a variety of actions/leadership moves that support all educators as they plan for and teach the destreamed Grade 9 English course. (Support principals and vice principals in leading the implementation of the new curriculum. )
